Chapter 8 Summary

When she gets to her car, Alisa speeds off to her mansion at a hundred miles per hour, leaving Seymour behind. She believes that she has to get to Ray because Yaksha is using Ray to get to Alisa. Alias admits she doesn't know why he is using Ray because Yaksha knows her vulnerabilities.

When Lara gets to Ray's house, Pat answers the door and tries to stop Lara from coming in. Lara calls out to Ray and he comes downstairs. Ray convinces Pat to go upstairs because Lara insists on talking to Ray alone. When Pat is gone, Lara admits to not being totally honest with him. He says he knows because the file size was much larger when he left than when he returned.

Lara admits that she is Alisa Perne. She says the man that hired his father abducted her...
