Goldy (Gertrude) Schulz

Goldy Schulz, the narrator of the novel, is a 38-year-old woman who lives in the affluent community of Aspen Meadows, Colorado with her second husband Tom Schulz – an investigator with the sheriff’s department – and Arch Korman, her 17-year-old son from her first marriage to an abusive husband she refers to as the Jerk. Goldy owns Goldilocks’ Catering, which she runs with the help of her assistant Julian Teller.
