Summary

In Chapter 59, Stu was sitting next to Frannie’s bed when she woke up. She was relieved to learn the baby was okay, but devastated when Stu told her that seven people had died including Nick and Sue. He confirmed that Harold and Nadine had been responsible. He also agreed that Mother Abigail had saved their lives by coming back when she did. Stu said Mother Abigail was still alive, though he was not sure how. He believed that she was from God, but he also said he was afraid of why she had returned.
