Dramatis Personae - 1966 Summary

Daniel and Bea are now happily married and the parents of a little boy named Julián. They now run Daniel's father's bookstore. Old man Sempere is now retired. The store is business is dwindling, but Daniel and Bea hold onto to it fiercely.

Fermín and Bernarda got married and Fermín took over from Nuria's father, Isaac as keeper of the Cemetery of Forgotten books. Bea's brother Tomás moved to Germany to pursue his engineering ambitions.
