Daniel is getting more and more worried, Fermin has still not come back from his task of following Nuria. Daniel's father's worries are that his son is being called up to the military. Moods are not very jubilant at the Sempere household. The father and son sit down for a gloomy meal when they are suddenly interrupted by the police banging on their door. It is Fumero looking for Fermin. The police search the apartment and to Fumero's disgust do not find any sign of Fermin. They leave with threats to Daniel and his father.
