The Crown of Alabaster Summary

Frankie cuts all of her classes the next day to begin a search. She goes to the Founder's House on campus, which was one of the first two original buildings and houses books, china, and a widow's walk at the top to see the entire campus and look west, which is what the oath directs. When she gets to the top, she finds Alpha waiting there, looking west.

Through her intelligence, Frankie begins piecing together clues and following leads. She ultimately heads to the Founder's House, where she can see the entire campus and look west. She is startled there by Alpha's presence, which serves as an ill-omen. This omen will be fully explored in the coming chapters.
