Book 3 Chapter 28 Summary

Bourne continues upsetting the Les Classiques staff. He meets Monique Brielle, Lavier's assistant. He tells her to be cautious of Dolbert, that Dolbert may be a traitor. He tells Brielle to inform Lavier right away. The second shock wave of Carlos' network begins. Bourne calls St. Jacques to report in. She tells him about Villiers' call. Bourne then moves on to Trignon's, the bookkeeper, apartment. Bourne gets the man alone. He tells him he is from the Bureau of Taxation and records investigating a fraud at Les Classiques. He tells the bookkeeper he is responsible for some irregularities. He tells him money has been funneled to Carlos to fund assassinations and that Trignon is facing jail time, maybe death.
