Book 2 Chapter 22 - Chapter 23 Summary

Four men meet secretly in the Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C. They are the remaining members of Treadstone Seventy-One. They are Brigadier General Irwin Arthur Crawford (known as Iron Ass), a Colorado Senator, CIA veteran Alexander Conklin and a naval officer from Information Control. The men are meeting to discuss the events at the Treadstone brownstone. They have found Bourne's fingerprints in the house and they conclude Bourne must have gone rogue. Conklin worked with Bourne in Medusa and says he has always been hostile towards the government.
