Chapter Thirty-Eight, The Botanic Garden Summary

The gyptians John Faa and Farder Coram arrive in their boats to take Lyra back to Oxford and Will back to the place where he can go back to his Oxford. The gyptians meet the Mulefa, and meet Will. The gyptians trade with the Mulefa and then the Mulefa show them the opening where the ghosts came out, a space the Mulefa treat as sacred. Mary departs with a bag of seeds and a vial of oil.
