Summary

Chapter Two shifts to Abigail’s perspective. She is on the phone with Florence, who wants to know where their father is. Abigail assures her sister that their father is being well taken care of in a comfortable sanatorium in Switzerland. She says she cannot remember the name, it is on the tip of her tongue, she will just have to let Florence know when she remembers. Abigail asks Florence not say anything about their father missing because if a rumor got out that the figurehead of the trust was gone, they could all wake up the next day down a couple billion dollars.
