Chapter 61 - 63 Summary

Milken calls Jabba and tells him that Crypto is completely without power. She knows Crypto runs on auxiliary power and demands to know what is going on. The only explanation Jabba can give her is that TRANSLTR would be hoarding all the auxiliary power.

Jabba believes Milken is overreacting and tells her he will look into the problem. He assures her there is no way that TRANSLTR could have a virus unless Strathmore wrote the virus himself and bypassed Gauntlet's filters. Milken is shocked to learn that Strathmore has the ability to bypass Gauntlet.

Strathmore does not want to contact security to take Hale away because Sys Secs will uncover data about TRANSLTR's endless run. Strathmore knows that will cause even bigger problems. He wants to make sure all traces of Digital Fortress have been deleted before calling anyone. Susan understands...
