Chapters 27 and 28 Summary

In Chapter 27, Zoey returns to the TV room with her friends. They wait for the 10 o'clock news to see if they have any more information on Heath, but all they say is the snow fall is hampering their efforts. Zoey tells her friends she is going to the stables to groom Persephone to calm down and Erik offers to walk her there. Erik confronts Zoey about her feelings for Heath and she admits everything to him, including Imprinting Heath. Erik suggests that if she did Imprint him that she may be able to find Heath. He says they'll work it out, kisses her goodbye and walks away. Zoey links up with Heath and he tells her that they are hiding him in the old Prohibition tunnels under Tulsa. His hands and feet are duct taped and they are drinking his blood...
