Word Search

- Creation Activity

Give each student a grid of squares, 12 squares across by 12 squares down.

DIRECTIONS: Fit as many of the terms as you can from the following word list into your 12x12 grid. In the word list, put a check mark in front of each word that is used in the grid. Words may be written, one letter per square, forwards or backwards in horizontal, vertical or diagonal directions. Words written in different directions may share letters with the other words where they cross. Do not leave a space in terms composed of two words. It is possible to use all 14 words. When finished, fill empty squares with random letters of the alphabet.
