Chapter 6, A Visit to the Hamleys

Molly arrives at the Hamley's she reads poetry with Mrs. Hamley, who is always a bit ill, and talks about Mrs. Hamley's sons, Osborne and Roger, who are away at school.

Chapter 7, Foreshadows of Love Perils

Miss Eyre, Molly's governess,has a nephew who has gotten scarlet fever.
