Summary

In Chapter 29, a nervous Win goes to the Staunch Craft Brewery to meet Leo Staunch. Leo thinks that Win has located Arlo Sugarman. Win admits that he lied to get the meeting, but he says Leo also lied. He says he has new information and wants know if Leo killed Ry. Leo denies doing so. He also denies knowing where Ry lived. Win tells him about the bank robbery and says his contact says that he sold, or gave, the information to Leo. Leo claims that whether he killed Ry or not is irrelevant. They should focus on finding Arlo. Win reminds him that there is more to Ry’s death than just the murder and lets him believe that he is referencing the stolen artwork because he does not want to talk about Patricia.
