Summary

In Chapter 8, Jane-Lake wants to know how Win found her. He does not answer. He shows that he is not interested in hearing what she thinks about the night the group threw the Molotov cocktails. He also does not tell her why he is there. She tells him that Ry did not drown. She cannot determine who Win is connected to, but he tells her that he will leave her alone after she answers his questions. She proceeds to tell him that she last saw Ry when the two of them were hiding in a pub called Malachy’s in New York City. Win knows of it and goes there sometimes.
