Chapters 9 and 10 Summary

In Chapter Nine, they arrive at the Dancing Glade. The Night People are there and things are much different than when Jena and her sisters arrive on the Full Moon. The setting seems sinister and in the place of the cheerful lanterns that typically light the glade, the shapes of the lanterns are horrible, including a "worm infested apple." Jena sees humans among the creatures but they seem to be held there by some force. There is a young girl among the mix who is apparently being guarded. She also sees a girl who is being thrown into the air and later learns this is Sorrow's sister, and that both are being held against their will.
