Summary

On June 24th, 2016 Carl pretends that Washuta is his wife so she can be his plus-one. Washuta holds onto the word. In Twin Peaks, Benjamin Horne and his brother Jerry go to One Eyed Jack’s, a brothel filled with women and red curtains.

Washuta attends an event focused on decolonizing sex on June 24th, 2017. She takes a One-Eyed Jack condom even though she feels nobody wants her.

On June 25th, 2016 Washuta and Carl plan their trip as she brings him a cake in a tent-cabin. They sleep near the shore, but Washuta feels that he changes when he wakes up.

Carl texts her on June 25th, 2017 and she tells him about the condom. She thinks that shows the narratives intersecting and thinks his texts are stilted. She does not respond. A year later, Washuta returns to Seattle...
