Mysteries of Science Poster

Miranda is carrying her Mysteries of Science Poster on which she wrote about yawning when Sal is punched by Marcus.

Ceramic Bank

The sandwich shop owner has a ceramic bank he warns the kids to stay away from when he goes to work there. Later, the bank is stolen, and Miranda eventually finds out it was stolen by the homeless man who lives outside her building.

Spare Key

Miranda and her mother hide a spare key to their apartment in the fire hose down the hall. This key is stolen by an unknown person and used to leave notes for Miranda and steal a pair of Richard's shoes.

Special Snacks

Annemarie's father has placed her on a special diet to control her epilepsy, and when she goes to stay the night at Miranda's, he brings a box of snacks for her to eat.
