Summary

In Chapter 8, Colleen woke up with a hangover. On the way to the grocery store, Marie annoyed her with irrelevant gossip and underhand reproaches. When they got there, Colleen was sick in the restrooms, and emerged to find Marie making a fuss over a baby. Later, Colleen’s best friend Danny invited her to come out for Halloween.
