Pages 130-143 Summary

Robin tells Sophie how he feels as if he belongs at the college art class. He notices that things at school are getting increasingly hard for Sophie. One day, Robin is rounding the corner in the school hallway when he hears someone say not to be a "Stein." As Robin sees Sophie coming to meet him after school at the goalpost, he runs from her home. Robin realizes that he has to break up with Sophie for her own good. He tells his mom to send Sophie away if she comes to the house, which his mother does.

Ironically, it's not Sophie that wants to break up with Robin, it's the other way around.
