Summary

In Chapter 17, Tyrell wakes up with Jasmine while she gets ready for school. He goes back to his room to get his brother ready for school.

In Chapter 18, Tyrell meets with Leon about finding the party venue at McDonald’s. Tyrell is impressed by how much money Leon seems to have and how he pays for his food. Leon holds all of his meetings at McDonald’s and Tyrell suspects he also sells drugs and other illegal things to make extra money.

In Chapter 19, Tyrell tries to meet Novisha at her school dismissal. He notices her walking with a group of friends and grows suspicious whether any of the boys might be interested in her. He is upset that she chooses to go volunteer at the nursing home instead of spending time with him. He goes to see Cal instead who is expecting...
