Summary

In Chapter 10: "The Lonely Door," the people of Arcadia started to panic when they learned their Door was closed. January saw regret in Molly’s eyes when she looked at January. January asked Samuel to bring her father’s book and an ink pen to her. He went with her to the tree where the Door had been. When January told Samuel that she was afraid she could not make a Door, because it would take too much out of her, Samuel advised her not to do it. He told her, however, that he believed in her, and that warmed January.
