Maddie’s Sling

Before she became a Ranger apprentice, Maddie was adept at hunting for game with her leather sling armed with lead balls. After she went through training, the Rangers included the sling as one of their standard weapons.

The Ranger Crossbow

The Ranger Crossbow had an unusual shape and was very heavy. It weighed fifty pounds and was quite a challenge for the young and slightly-built Maddie to learn how to use it effectively.
