Summary

Chapter 45

Will’s plan was to make his way down the cliffs on the side away from the hostage cave. As soon as he reached the beach, he would begin shooting fire arrows at the ship. There were always a lot of tarred roped and dry canvas on ships both of which were highly flammable. The entire gang would rush to the ship to try to put out the fire. He’d lead them back to the cliffs in the opposite direction. They wouldn’t rush him because of the continuing barrage of arrows. Maddie would be stationed at the bottom of the path when he began his assault. As he led the gang away, Maddie would snatch the keys hanging on a support post on the cook’s mess tent, run up the cliff path and unlock the cave prison. The...
