Summary

Part 1, Chapter 20 flashes back to a recent day when Molly returned home after a long day of work to find Ben and Viv messy and unsupervised. In Chapter 21, Molly puts ben and Viv to bed in preparation to meet with the intruder outside. Chapter 22 shifts back to the event of Chapter 20. Erika—the babysitter—arrives to spend time with Molly and help with the kids. In Part 2, Chapter 1, Erika arrives at Molly’s house, and Molly then goes to her car to meet with the intruder. In Chapter 2, the intruder is still wearing the deer mask and is sitting in the driver seat. Molly sits in the passenger seat. In Chapter 3, the intruder drives Molly to an ATM.
