Summary

In Chapter 15, Max realized that no one will come to his rescue. His parents thought he was at his grandmother’s house for the weekend, and his grandmother thought he was at home. He was supposed to babysit his grandmother’s dog for a weekend while she was away. She canceled her plans, but he did not tell his parents that. He had intended to hang out with Brandon all weekend.
