Chapter 18

For the next few weeks, Sophia and Luke settle into a happy routine together. Luke begins practicing for the upcoming rodeo season that is set to begin at the end of January. Marcia again tries to convince Sophia that she is making a mistake with Luke, but Sophia refuses to listen this time. When Sophia discusses it later with Luke, he tells her that he loves her and that they will face their uncertain future together when the time comes.
