Alberto's

Alberto's is the London club where Anthony meets Jennifer and introduces her to his friend Felipe. The club seems typical for the time and place. It is very crowded when Anthony and Jennifer go there. It is not the kind of place her society friends would frequent, which makes her feel safe. Anthony and Jennifer have sex in the cloak room there once, and they encounter Reggie there.

The Riviera

The Riviera is located on the Mediterranean coast that caters to the wealthy. Laurence and Jennifer are vacationing in their home there when they meet Anthony for the first time. This is where Anthony and Jennifer strike up a friendship. The Stirlings' home there is elaborate, as are those of most of their friends. Anthony stays in a nice hotel and feels he is out of place among the members of this society.
