Summary

In "Today, 7:03 p.m.," Kate and Dexter arrive for their dinner with Julia and Bill. Kate notices familiar faces in the restaurant and knows they are being watched. After a few minutes of uncomfortable silence, Dexter starts the conversation by asking Julia about her message about the colonel being dead.

Bill explained how the colonel came to lose his wealth and assets after a transaction to be used for illegal weapons was hacked. He also said that the colonel went to New York where his two companions were shot while they were leaving a restaurant, but the colonel was abducted. The colonel was tortured and had his arms and legs cut off, all while he had to watch it happen.
