Summary

In Chapter 23, Chubs explains how they used the chatter and the skip trace network to find Rob and Ruby. Ruby feels that she does not deserve to be saved but Chubs says he will not leave her again. They talk briefly about Liam's unpredictability and Chubs says he also will not leave Liam again. Ruby says she will have to return to the League to help Cole finish what he began. Chubs hopes to change her mind but Ruby is resolved. When they had calmed down, Liam thanked Chubs for looking for him. He knows that Chubs went through a lot to become a skip tracer in order to find Liam. Liam, Chubs, and Vida verbally spar, teasing each other.
