Chapter 18 Summary

Harry goes to Vice and stands for a moment to one side watching Ray Mora. Ray looks up and notices him, and tells Harry that it occurs to him that there might be another killer at work. Harry tries not to show any emotion. Ray explains his theory, telling Harry about a call he received right before Church was killed. The girl's name was Gallery, and she called in to report a man who had been watching her recently. She told Mora that the guy had been around just before two of the Dollmaker's victims had disappeared. The more Ray talks, the more creepy Harry feels listening. He wonders why Ray would offer the information, especially if he is the second killer. Then Ray tells him Gallery disappeared and has not been seen or heard from in three years.
