Summary

In Chapter 28, because Strauss had told Hester that Arnie was his source about the tapes, Hester bribed Arnie into talking to her with the possibility of a spot on her show. Arnie claimed that he overheard Eggers and Dash talking about the tapes. Arnie explained one of the videos proved that Eggers had killed someone. Dash promised he had destroyed that video and would not tell anyone about it.
