Summary

In Chapter 34, Sasha felt exhausted by the ad filming with DAM. She did not like having to perpetually relive the night of Lucas Devry's death.

Then it was the night of the launch party. "Inside the ballroom," she observed the guests (234). Then she saw Cassandra. The interaction made her feel upset and small. When it was time for Sasha's speech, she felt distressed by what Cassandra had said, and lost control on stage. She told the investors that Roger and DAM did not care about them. She accused them of being morally inept. She described the men she knew at The Atmosphere, and how much more genuine their displays of love and sacrifice were. The ballroom went wild. Sasha fled the space, and raced for the airport.
