Cowl and Comely Building

Devine is one of hundreds of employees at the Cowl and Comely office in a huge building on Wall Street in the Manhattan financial district. Sara Ewes died here in a supply closet on the 52nd floor, and Devine works on a different floor. The building includes a fancy dining room with free food for all the employees, but most of the young analysts are afraid to leave their desks long enough to eat there. Devine often calls this the Cowl Building.
