Chapter 11-15 Summary

In chapter eleven Harry arrives at Ronald Reuel's apartment dressed as a deliveryman, prepared to break in, but finds a large man searching the place. Harry knocks on the door and announces he has a delivery. The man tells Harry that Reuel is not home, but Harry convinces him to sign for the flowers. The man signs and Harry swiftly palms one of the papers from his bag. The man who had signed the name Grum on the slip states that he does not smell any flowers, only wizard magic. Harry blasts him with the rod but the man changes form. Grum is an ogre. The two fight and Harry is quickly overpowered, but is saved at the last minute by a voice down the hall.
