Chapter 11, Armed and Dangerous; Chapter 12, The Silent Streets Summary

In Chapter 11 Alex talks with Mrs. Jones, head of M16 Special Operations. She is miffed that the Australians have recruited Alex without letting her know, but Alex reminds her that he does not work for M16. She then informs him that Major Yu, a former M16 employee with a successful military background, is in charge of the snakehead, and Alex realizes that he may be dealing with Scorpia again. Mrs. Jones also lets Alex know about the stolen Royal Blue bomb, an advanced version of the Daisy Cutter conventional ordinance. This version can take out an entire city block, whereas the Daisy Cutter was able to destroy a single building or clear a jungle enough for landing helicopters.
