Chapters 15 and 16 Summary

Jamie goes to her father's office. She demands to know what happened to Private Hollister. The Colonel tells her that one dead boy in that family is enough. The Colonel tells Jamie they have to get home because TJ is missing.

Jamie returns to the rec center to develop the rolls of film TJ sent her but she didn't develop when she found out Private Hollister was gone. She is looking for clues of where her brother might have been when he went missing, but all of the pictures seem to be of the moon. For two days, Jamie develops the pictures of the moon over and over again to try to find a clue as to where TJ is. When she doesn't find anything, she takes the 36 pictures to Cindy and they hang them on Cindy's wall. That night when...
