Chapter 25, 26 Summary

In chapter 25, Lucas gets a call to come to the Medical Center but is not told why. When he arrives, Sloan says Lily has been shot. Sloan tells him about the maid and that the shooter was Shadow Love. Daniel can not understand why Lily was shot. He tells Lucas he called Lily's husband.

When the doctor comes out of surgery, she says Lilly will be okay unless something strange happens. The bullet did quite a bit of internal damage but she says Lily is patched up and will have a bit of scaring. She will not let them see Lily until morning because she needs to rest.

David, Lily's husband arrives at two in the morning, and Lucas insists on meeting him at the airport. He tells him they know who shot Lily and David says in NYC, he would have been...
