Summary

Charlotte was initially meant to be Teddy’s therapy animal five years ago when he was sad about being an only child and losing both of his grandparents. Teddy had always wanted siblings so desperately, but Judy knew she would only have one child.

In Chapter 13, Judy thinks about how awkward it is to sleep in the same bed as Gary. Teddy comes into their room, confused, and asks them why they have started sleeping together again. Judy lies and says the snoring is not so bad anymore. Then, Teddy asks why they cannot sleep together even when they do not have guests if the snoring is not so bad. He really wants them to continue sleeping in the same room. Judy tells Teddy that they will try.
