Summary

Chapter 15 – Professor Reyes welcomes Dan, Abby, and Jordan to her class, and back to campus. It creeps them all out. Reyes tells Dan she hopes he’ll be attending the carnival. She also reveals she is still digging around in Brookline. Later, Dan shows Abby and Jordan a letter from the last year Brookline was open, a letter which never left town. It is addressed to Anna Surridge, and is from Caroline Martin. The letter reveals that Caroline believes she has made a mistake. The letter reveals she was approached by a man with a red cloak and was given a letter with a red wax skull seal. The letter also reveals that Caroline has met a man named Harry who says he knows all about the Scarlets and their secrets.
