Summary

Chapter 30

When Laura returns, she has laundry detergent and bread to use as her ruse for going back to the store. Griff asks if she needs help, and she says yes, okay, but when he asks if there is more in the car, she acts like she doesn’t understand what he’s talking about.

Griff tells Justin about how weird their parents are acting. Justin just says that they are always weird. Griff tries to agree with him and says that he’s sure they’ll be back to normal tomorrow.
