Rachel Scott

Rachel Scott was a 17-year-old who attended Columbine High School in Colorado. She was a creative girl known for her kindness to others. While many students joined cliques, Rachel tried to befriend everyone. If she noticed someone who was an underdog, she went out of her way to befriend them.

Rachel was known for her belief in God. She was very dedicated to her religion and wanted to share her faith with others. She didn't preach to them, instead she shared her faith through her actions.

This does not mean that the girl was a saint. She was a typical teen who struggled with typical teen issues such as self-esteem and temptation. The difference between Rachel and other teens was that she took her struggles and wrote about them in journals that were conversations between herself and God.
