Summary

Following the conference, Belle goes to a large party that King McPherson is hosting at his lavish Palm Beach house. She is surprised to see Tim Boylan there, and is flattered to hear Tim say that he attended the conference to specifically hear Belle's panel.

Back in New York City, the Glass Ceiling Club meets to discuss Tiffany Antinori, an attractive young colleague who has been given the nickname "Naked Girl" after wearing a particularly revealing outfit to a company softball game. As they are discussing Tiffany, another email from "Metis" lands in all of their phones. The message, while not explicitly about Tiffany, is clearly addressing her, saying: "You will never be taken seriously if you don't dress seriously" (138).
