Summary

When Belle arrives at work after the preschool chapel service, she discovers that a stock she had encouraged a client to invest in has gone way up, which makes her feel powerful. Belle's feeling of accomplishment is diminished by Amy, who harshly reminds her of an upcoming Glass Ceiling Club meeting. Belle is given a call by Tim Boylan, the CEO at Cheetah -- the client who Belle has just earned money. Tim wants to meet her for lunch that day, which is something of an honor, given Tim's reclusive nature.

When Belle arrives at their decided restaurant, she is surprised to see Tim's new right-hand man: her ex-fiancé, Henry. Throughout the lunch, Belle and Henry trade passive-aggressive barbs in front of an oblivious Tim. Belle recalls that Henry had felt somehow emasculated, during their relationship, when she began to earn more money...
