Summary

In Chapter 4, Cat goes home in an optimistic mood. She walks into her flat and finds that her roommate Alan has filled the entire place up with boxes of whey in a get-rich scheme. She walks over them to the kitchen and cooks some eggs, and accidentally spills some of the whey, which turns out to be chicken stock. Alan asks her if she will have sex with him out of pity, and she says no and goes into her bedroom to post Instagram pictures that reflect the life she wants rather than the life she has. She talks to her best friend from college, Fi, on Instagram, and is jealous that her life in New York is perfect.

In Chapter 5, Cat goes to work and sits in on the meeting, which is about a new yogurt made on a dairy farm...
