Summary

In Chapter 6, "Blood Type," Edward begins to succumb to his desires for Bella and assesses her through the eyes and thoughts of others, preferably the kindhearted Angela Weber. Edwards invites Bella to sit with him perplexing her with his abrupt change in attitude. They two are intrigued by one another despite their inability to decipher one another's thoughts and motives. Edward skips Biology class, however, he overhears Mike Newton's worry as Bella faints from the blood typing lab. Edward brings her to the nurse, and convinces the nurse to allow him to take her home. Mike Newton reminds Bella that they are planning to go to the beach and Bella asks Edward if he will come. He informs her he has plans with Emmett and the two discuss family as Edward drives her home.
