8-14 Summary

The teens are complaining about their choice of recreation. They want to go to a showing, but it's the same one that's been around for two months. Cassia doesn't want to go back to the game center because she still feels badly about what happened the last time she was there even though Xander reassures her that it wasn't her fault. Ky joins them, and he hasn't seen the film yet. This surprises them until they realize he has had to work through all the other showings.

Cassia notices that Ky's eyes seem to change with what he wears. She notices there is a lot of depth in his eyes. She wishes she had a microcard about him, but knows he won't have one since he is somewhat of an outcast from Society.

Xander senses that something is wrong and tries to comfort...
