Summary

In Chapter 21, Ba goes to the blue goddess bedroom alone. The detective runs around frantically, emails Mua, talks on his phone, and then leaves. Ut goes to the pond, and Minh is running errands, meaning Mai is left on her own. She has a bruise on her face from falling when she found the leech, but she finally feels much better. When she arrives at a food stand in the market, the merchant has clearly heard about Mai's situation and provides noodles and broth. The merchant refuses money because it is late in the day. Mai encounters two girls from the sewing group. By the way they walk, she knows they are no longer wearing the thongs. Mai is surprised when she finds the detective's notebook in the yard. He writes in the book constantly, making her understand it is important to him...
