Summary

In Lie 18, Sarah compares Jefferson High School to Hell. Five weeks have passed since Sarah’s kiss with Linda. Sarah avoids Linda at school, but still dreams about her at night. On Sarah’s second date with Ennis, she let him kiss her again. Mr. Lewis announces in choir that Sarah, Linda, and a sophomore girl will have solos in the concert. Mrs. Gruber reprimands Sarah after Math class for writing only the solutions on her test without showing her work. The teacher believes Sarah copied someone else’s answers and accuses her of staring at Linda during class. Mrs. Gruber lets Sarah redo the test that day after school.
